Bikini Policies
Ordering & Deposits
Please be aware that bikinis can no longer be purchased via our website. The shop page is used strictly for price and design idea purposes. We highly recommend for bikini clients to come into our shop for fittings. We can make you a suit using the measurements you provide us, however we are not responsible for any discrepancies in the fit of the suit. Please contact us to make an order or set up an appointment.
E-Mail Orders will not be processed without full payment.
In-store orders require a minimum cash deposit of $100.00 to secure the order.
Suits will not be released without the full balance being paid off at the time of pick-up.
In-store orders will require 1-3 additional fittings in addition to the initial fitting. The initial fitting will consist of the client trying on the samples suits that we have in store. Please note that these suits are not exactly cut for every body type and may be too big or too small on individuals. Client orders will be cut and sewn within 1-3 weeks from order time and the client will be required to come in for a second fitting to make sure that the base of the cuts that were cut for the individual client are accurate. The third to forth fitting will be the time of pick-up, where the client will be able to try on the crystallized bikini. Client is allowed to wait for the hip adjustment to be made in store which can take between 10-40 minutes.
* Very important note for clients: Please try on your bikini during "peak week," after starting to cut water, but before getting a spray tan. If the suit is too big or too tight, please come in for another hip adjustment. This hip adjustment is complimentary, any additional hip adjustments in the future are subject to a $25.00 tailoring fee. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any stains or damages made to the suit from the spray tan.

Returns & Exchanges
In-store Orders: All fittings are done in store, so please pick your favorite cuts and measurements accordingly. La' Ber Boutique has a very strict No Returns, No Refund, No Exchanges Policy because we go over every detail with you before cutting any fabric. Please be 100% positive with your suit cuts and color choices before we begin the process. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
E-Mail Orders: All custom bikinis are created with exact measurements provided by the client, according to the directions on the Sizing & Measuring Page. La' Ber Boutique is not responsible for any faulty measurement or damages done to the items after client has received the item. If faulty measurement occurs and the item does not fit, the client can send the item to La' Ber Boutique to have it taken-in or let-out for a tailoring fee. Client is responsible for shipping. Before submitting a custom order, please review the Sizing & Measuring Page to avoid any issues in sizing. If the cuts do not fit the client, the client will be charged up to a 50% re-creation fee (of the total cost) for each specific cut that is to be changed. [i.e.: Micro cut fit too small, change to standard cut]. Client is responsible for shipping. Please see the Bikini Cuts Page for further details on how to choose the right cut for you to avoid any fitting issues. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Track Your Order
All items will be packaged and shipped within 2-7 business days from purchase, unless otherwise discussed. United States Postal Office is the best way to securely track and receive your items. Tracking numbers are posted on our website and sent via e-mail or text after orders have been shipped. You then have the ability to track your item right up to your doorstep. For purchases over $100, a signature is required. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items will not be shipped until full payment is made, including all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of your package. We do our absolute best to send out the package in a timely manner, for you to have your package on time. If you delay your payment, the package shipment will be delayed. We are not responsible if your package gets lost in the mail after being tracked, or if USPS has a delay in their delivery service due inclement weather or other reasons. We are not responsible for any damage made to the package by USPS. No Refunds.
