Welcome Avalon Riverside Clients
This page is strictly for clients from
Avalon Riverside in Hackensack, New Jersey.
All clients receive a laundry bag with a name card and holder after registering with La' Ber, please make sure name tag is attached! You may write your name and apartment number (in permanent marker) on the laundry bag, if preferred.
We recommend that you contact us via email when you have dropped off your items in the Main Office.
After registering with our dry cleaning and tailoring services, we will contact you to confirm the information you have provided. If you do not hear from us via e-mail within 3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible (we may have incorrect information)!
To register yourself in our Dry Cleaning & Tailoring Delivery Service, please follow the easy steps below to start your service.
Items that are not claimed after *30 Days* are placed into storage and will not be released to clients as per state regulations. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed.
Items picked up on Monday will be delivered on Friday.
Items picked up on Tuesday will be delivered on Monday.
Items picked up on Wednesday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Items picked up on Thursday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Items picked up on Friday will be delivered on Thursday.
Items picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Friday.
Items for Dry Cleaning can be simply placed in the bag. Button Down Shirts are typically Washed & Ironed, for $1.85. If you would like your Shirts "Dry Cleaned" specifically, it will be $4.75. Please place a note in the bag stating you want the shirts dry cleaned.
When sending items to be tailored, please send us a note attached stating the tailoring needed to each item. Please also specify if you want the item to be dry cleaned after tailoring. If we are unable to tailor the item without a fitting, we will e-mail you to let you know. For more detailed alterations, we require clients to visit us for a fitting.
How to Register
Please fill out the form in the "Client Information Chart"
All payments are made via Square, Cash or Check.
When items are ready to be delivered, we create and send an invoice to the email you have provided us with details on the services desired. We do not require the payment be made until you have picked up your items at the Main Office. Invoices are dated for drop off dates and will send email reminders to make payments.
You may save your card on file, and doing so will authorize us to charge the card in the amount of the invoice on the day of delivery.
Cash or Check Payments
If you would like to make payments via Cash or Check, Payments must be made to the Avalon Riverside Main Office during Pick-Up or next day after delivery. Please place the cash or check into an envelope, sealed with your Name and Apartment number, and the Invoice that will be attached to your items when dropped off. Payment received will be confirmed via email. Credit is only accepted via Square Payments, unless payment is made in store.
